The Hawks View Fun Run will take place on Friday, September 25th. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and we appreciate your support! Every dollar raised goes right back to the students and teachers of Hawks View.
Please use your envelope for all cash and check donations. Envelopes are due on September 25th. We are also using Pledgestar, a web based system to make it easier for friends and family to pledge online. Envelopes and flyers came home last Friday via backpack mail. Families are invited to attend and cheer on their child(ren) from the perimeter of the track. Volunteers will be helping inside the track. We will have several check in tables down on the field. All parents/visitors should visit one of the tables to sign in and receive a visitor sticker. We are looking forward to this fun event!
Fun Run Class Schedules:
3rd Grade – 8:15-8:50
5th Grade – 9:05-9:40
Kinder – 9:55-10:30
1st Grade – 10:40-11:15
4th Grade – 11:40-12:15
2nd Grade – 12:50-1:25 (Please note this is a time change)
Please be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather, this is a rain or shine event. Wear layers, closed toe shoes, etc. Don’t forget sunscreen and water bottles!
All volunteers will need an approved background check before volunteering. Background checks take 7-10 business days to clear.
